Unredeemable promotional code

Hi,

I've been asked by the online help chat team to post a ticket on here regarding my issue - with my post to be directed to the Promotions Team.

In short, I attempted to claim a £10 gift card via a promotional code. However, when attempted to redeem, the system threw up an error message stating "This token has expired and cannot be redeemed."

I have spoken to Microsoft support and they have confirmed that I was indeed eligible for the offer. If required, I am able to provide screenshots of: the offer, the attempt at redemption, and the confirmation of eligiblility.

I hope this issue can be rectified.
