    Unrecognized gamerpic on "Privacy & online safety" tab of Xbox Settings


    Hello,

    I have added my child to my family on Xbox, but now there is a gamerpic in the "Privacy & online safety" that don't recognize. In addition, I can't select that gamerpic to find out more about it. Everytime the mouse hovers on top of it, I get a red circle
    with a bar in it.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    WHY?

    It should be on your profile on the Microsoft app on windows 10.

    Can't buy DLC, "Premium content is blocked from this profile"

    I'm playing Skate 3 on my Xbox One through backwards compatibility and I'm trying to buy a DLC but I keep getting a message that says "Premium account is blocked from this profile. To change your privacy & online settings, go to Settings, Privacy". I went
    into settings but I couldn't find anything. I figured it meant xb360 settings so I went on the Xbox website (I don't own an xb360 anymore) and went into the "Privacy & Online Safety" tab but under the "Xbox 360 Online Safety" tab, it just has a message that
    says "Sorry, Xbox 360 Online Safety settings is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again.". I've tried refreshing but nothing changed. And I am the parent account on my xbox/microsoft account. Please help. Thanks

    To change privacy and safety settings for yourself

    1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (this must be an adult account). ...
    2. Select your gamertag.
    3. Select Xbox settings. ...
    4. Select Privacy & online safety.
    5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

    Microsoft considers all accounts below 21 years as child accounts and the privacy settings page in inaccessible for them by default.

    To change your privacy settings you'll need a parent/adult account. They'll need to add you to their family group as "Member", then go into that page and enable those settings for you.
