    Unrecognized disc error --- Status code : 03-57-00


    Hello,

    I am getting this Unrecognized disc error for my kinect sports disc 1. All other games are running fine. I have tried cleaning the disc and also cleared the cache from the console but in vain. It is still showing me this error. I am not sure what next can
    be done. This is driving me crazy.

    I can't play my Brand New copy of Dragon's Dogma.

    I just tried to play my Brand New copy of Dragon's Dogma that I bought from England only to get the unrecognized disc error code 03-57-00 followed a little later buy the unrecognized disc error code 03-80-00. I'm pretty damn annoyed that this has
    happened again as I just recently got the same unrecognized disc error code 03-57-00 when I attempted to play Halo Reach & Mass Effect the only way Iwas able to solve the issue for Mass Effect was to buy a brand new copy the Halo Reach issue will probably
    require the same to fix.

    When ever I put a game in it says Unrecognized Disk and it gives me status code 03-57-00.

    link     which explains some other troubleshooting steps you can take to try and get your disc going.
