    MY XBOX DOES NOT READ ANY DISC

    Please Describe the situation better, Does it play and then say its unrecognized? Does it Sit there reading for 10 Minutes then say Unrecognized Disc, or does it Just say its Unrecognized, I recommend sending it in for Repairs and getting the laser fixed.

    I have rage and the disc 2 will not read it says unrecognized disc I replaced the game and did the same thing still disc 2 unrecognized

    If the charges are not on your account order history means this charges are either from a family/friend account that has access to the cards(because if you change the card number Microsoft can't charge the card again unless the number it's being updated) or someone that else that has your account information

    It's possible that this charges are not even from Microsoft really, that's why you need to contact your bank, and request them to block any similar charges

    This is a community based forum so we have no access to any account information. You would have to try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://account.microsoft.com but they won't be able to tell you what account it is tied to unless it's your own. If it's not on your own account, (which you can also check at http://account.micrsoft.com) then you'd have to continue to dispute it with your cell phone provider.

    If you have an unrecognized charge you should report it to your bank, the charge is not from Microsoft as that payment reason is not used for Microsoft Store purchases.
