Unrecieved $60 dollar gift card.

I purchased a Xbox One bundle on black Friday directly from the Microsoft store and was supposed to receive a gift card for $60 dollars. At the time of purchase I got an email saying I should get the card by December 14th. I have not received it. I'm
currently on the phone with Xbox support who recommended coming here and creating this topic. Robert is on the phone assisting me with this. I'd like to know what the deal is with the gift card as that was part of what influenced me to purchase the system
from you guys. Thanks.

Ya that was my bad ha I meant 85-90 dollar at GameStop. They are offering that deal along with two free games and a 60 gift card to the store

 

Wrong Amount for 3 Month Subsription

Hello,

On the 27th of June, I bought a three month of Xbox Live Subsription as it said I would recieve a 10 dollar promotional gift card. Today I received a message from Xbox Live, giving me only a 5 dollar gift card. I bought the three months to get the $10, not
a $5 dollar gift card. Anyone know who to contact or when I will receive the extra 5 dollars? Also I have not redeemed the gift card yet.

Since that is an offer through the Microsoft Store, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com.

 

Yeah I had contacted them at first and the keypad choices I made during the automated instructions led me to Xbox support. I tried again after reading your response and got through to the correct people this time. If any one else stumbles upon this with
the same problem don't worry. Due to high demand the delivery is running a little behind but I was told they plan to have all the gift cards out by this Friday. Thanks
