Unreasonable situations with communication ban

I was banned from communications today and its been hell. The reason i was banned to begin with was a couple guys playing Rainbow 6 were being toxic so when they spammed party invites and started messaging i replied to them in the same manner. Yet i was
the one to get banned? How does that make sense? I figured it was no big deal, i could just contact support and get it situated in about half an hour. Boy, i was wrong. Apparently you have to jump through hoop after hoop to even contact the enforcement team.
Almost like they dont even want you to be able to reach them. I started filling out their questionaire and it was riddled with oddly worded questions, even a few trick questions. Why? I wasnt even upset at first but all this is just irritating. A small issue
that couldve been resolved in minutes is now turned into a pain in the [Mod Removed-Profanity]. Apparently the support team isnt even allowed to contact the enforcement team? Whats up with that? Ive never seen such a lack of transparency between
microsoft and their community. This is just unreal. I love microsoft, i love xbox, ive played for as long as i can remember, other than this you guys are doing an amazing job. All i want is to get this issue resolved, it doesnt make sense that the toxic people
on xbox can now use the report button to give people this hard of a time. I though that was meant to stop them?

Sorry to hear your account has been placed under a communication suspension. Unfortunately the enforcement team does not review the threads here on the Forums so you won't be able to get this issue handled here. I understand what you are saying but please
if this is ever the case in the future instead of responding in the same manner simply report the players who are harassing you this way they get suspended and you get to continue enjoying your gaming experience.

If someone is been like that towards you then i would advise not replying back and just blocking and eporting them if needed. Has replying back is adding fire too the situation and opening yourself up for enforcement action.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block the other person.

The questionnaire is meant to test your knowledge of the code of conduct. Failing is meant to have you re-read the code so you have a better understanding of what can and cannot be done on the service to hopefully keep you from any future enforcement actions.

There is nothing we could do in the forum. Bans are taken only by the Enforcement Team. They are the they only ones who could view and decide a case. If you already did a request to review the case there is nothing you could do about it.

By putting "verified" on your profile you are implying that you are verified by Microsoft which is still against the ToU/CoC. as it's classed as impersonating staff.
