Unreasonable Ban

Yesterday on 11/05/2020 I received a ban on displaying my name to friends and friends on Xbox. It is deemed that I went against the code of conduct by having the name "Verified Developer" I have had this name as my name for a long time and never once did
I try to impersonate a Developer for Xbox and or try to use it against anyone, it was only there to display, I have developed some little games which does make me a Developer and I found that it was without reason an inappropriate ban. I have never given the
impression that I'm apart of Microsoft and think it would be wise to not let other people make their name the same if it is against the rules, racist, sexist and profanity isn't allowed and they don't let you enter that as a name but I got the impression that
it was suitable for that considering it had nothing to do with impersonating an employee or developer of Microsoft.

What are your thoughts on this issue and if you agree with me how do you think I should address this because I have no way at contacting them?

There is nothing we could do in the forum. Bans are taken only by the Enforcement Team. They are the they only ones who could view and decide a case. If you already did a request to review the case there is nothing you could do about it.

By putting "verified" on your profile you are implying that you are verified by Microsoft which is still against the ToU/CoC. as it's classed as impersonating staff.

was never an impersonation, I am a developer and I didn't lie, but I never once said or mentioned being associated with Microsoft. That means i didn't breach it

Oh no, I don't. It's in my template and I read the question to make sure it relates. It seems everyone is getting a perm ban for anything this past few days.

Hi I have submitted a case review and I am not sure If it will be reviewed soon because my friend had submitted one before and it's been 6 months and he hasn't gotten a response please I do not want 7 years of my dedicated money that I worked for and spend on xbox to be thrown away due to my son doing something I'm not aware of is there any email that I could message to resolve this sir/mam?
