Had enough of world of tanks now, its total ***, im happy in my AT7, and im destroyed by ONE shot from a stuart light tank !!! WTF, no mor money from me, and uninstalling.

Looking at that list of resolutions for current generation games. 360/PS3 produced 720p and under resolutions. Next gen seems to be on track for 720p and up which is an improvement.

One of the better looking games on 360 (Far Cry 3) isn't even 1280x720 which shows that lower resolutions doesn't mean the game is automatically gimped in the graphics department. People are reading too far into this.

I understand your frustration, I have played over 12k games on tanks and have only ever been one shotted a handful of times (usually by arty).

For you to be one shotted by the Stuart he would have had to have not only hit your ammo rack but have fully destroyed it therefore destroying your tank in 1 shot, This is fully feasable and is about as realistic as you could get, A well placed shot providing
the enemy tank has enough penetration can take out any tank in the game *** it can and does do in real life.

I have myself been killed in 1 shot in an M103 by a FV215b 183 and have also seen even the strongest tanks taken out in 1 well placed hit (E-100, Maus and IS-7), What im basically trying to say is that sometimes people get lucky with a shot but players who
understand all the weak points on tanks they are against can and will do more than just a standard penetrating shot and will usually go for that big critical hit.

i know this doesn't alleviate your anger and frustration but it just really comes down to luck sometimes.

I am simply saying that being 1 shotted by lower tier tanks is a valid game mechanic and is very realistic.

Don't believe then you may want to check out real world examples.

During the Iraq war a T-72 was able to penetrate an M1A2 Abrams side on completely destroying its engines.

Or how about during world war 2 when Michael Wittman's Tiger was penetrated by a Sherman Firefly destroying it 1 single hit as they were lucky enough to hit the tiger's ammo rack.

Much weaker tanks in every respect yet they were capable of doing catastrophic damage in 1 hit.

 

I had a tank dead to right the other day perfect side shot just below the turret. I was dead stopped had the tank in my sights and wtf!!! My shot curved around the target! Came out of my barrel and did a complete curve?

The only thing it could be is wot csr have god mode tanks.

 

This game is worth EVERY penny it costs to obtain it.

I'm pretty sure a Stuart didn't one shot you. Unless you were almost dead to begin with and then it isn't a true one shot anyway.

 

if youll notice there is a ping indicator in the top left, keep an eye on it, if youre green youre mean, if youre red youre dead

 

also it occured to me most people dont pay much attention to crews as they march up the tiers, but some find a tank they like and just stay there, crew perks are a huge deal

 

yeah brothers in arms and such mad help with everything.

i have been one shot tons of times (mostly arty) but if he was set alight and no fire extinguishers then boom !!

Don't think you got one shot by a Stuart. I'm sure if he tracked you then butt shot you, that's part of a TDs life not to get tracked and or out maneuvered.
