Unreadable disk with a catch

Hey i have forza horizon but it keeps telling me the disk is unreadable the only catch is i bought the game of the dashboard and to be honest if it carry's on i want my money back from it i tried deleting my cache tried with no disk in this has been happening
for a couple of weeks now

can anyone help with batman arkham orgins? brand new and the first disk comes up "unreadable"? second disk is fine. already cleaned the disk and still comes up unreadable. HELP!

Just downloaded GTA : SA Today Got halfway through intro "Disk Unreadable" Did everything "Disk Unreadable"

 

This is a known issue with Forza Horizon for some people. I'm not aware of any real fix, but if you search the forums you'll find suggestions that may have worked for some people, like clearing your Xbox cache, or deleting the download then installing something
else first, so the Horizon download gets installed on a different part of the disk.

But unfortunately, it's possible you'll just have to ask for your money back.

 

I have just looked nobody has a solution people have even tried deleting it i want my money back and dont say i cant get a refund because the product is faulty due to xbox or Forza I dont care which it is i want my £40 back.

 

You should have no problem getting your money back, but we can't help you here. You'll have to contact Xbox customer support:

I have the same issue. Everything that support has said to do has failed. examples: delete the game and download a bunch of demos that fill the space the game took up. and clear the system cache 3 times and delete and redownload my profile as well as reset
my system and unplug it. I even tried putting the game on a flash drive and still no luck. This proves it is not a problem with the data sectors of my hard drive. This has got to be a faulty bug with the marketplace of this game or its the game developers
fault for putting this game with this bug up on the marketplace. I tried telling microsoft support they need to report this bug to the marketplace staff. I don't think they realized how big of an issue this is with everyone. The way this problem happens is
i downloaded the game originally on my friends console using my profile and should be able to play on another console on my profile, but it always gives that annoying disc read error. The last step I'm going to soon try is license transferring to myself so
that my console will get the rights completely. If this doesn't work then this game is NOT worth buying off the marketplace because you cannot play it on any other console other than the one you initially downloaded too. It won't matter if you technically
even own it on your profile!
