Unreachable email address !

Good evening everyone, for some day Microsoft recognizes their days providing good follow their purchases Gamescore

Following this offer has I decide to get my rewards except that the codes have been send on my mail address that was deleted by Free !

I try to contact Xbox support my call but that their voice server hang up on me after 30 seconds or does not understand my choice ( key 1 )

A question I have about Xbox Live

A question I have is when I sign in on my Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live account in the top right corner it shows your emblem along with a rotation of my gamertag name, achievement numbers, money I have on my account, and my email address linked to the account. But for some reason it doesn't show my email address when it's rotating through and instead just shows blank nothing until the next thing comes up in the rotation when it should show my email address in the rotation.

Whoa now. First off, it's time for a new translator. Secondly if I understand you want to know why you can't get a refund on a lost item or code. Either A) it's similar to a cash card purchase and just like money, you lose it, it's gone, or B) If it was
sent to you for free they don't want to waste resources tracking down and redistributing rewards as it costs them money in labor as it takes away from their employees take that could be spent on improving experiences for customers with more pressing problems.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning. It's a huge bummer when your security proofs no longer allow access. Unfortunately, the only ways to unlock your
account would be what's outlined in Find your Microsoft account email address. If that does not do the trick, it
would be best for you to start up a new account.

select Family and Online Safety as the category
select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic
scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call
then explain the situation when you get through

It's been quite a while, and there is no way whatsoever to get in touch with them. What the hell is their customer support about if it's unreachable? This is getting ridiculous to be honest. I can't phone them about it, chat with them about it and they don't reply to emails.
