Unraveled pre-order gift.

I'm 100% positive I bought unravel a few hours before it was being release at midnight. But I didn't receive the pre-order gift because it shows I bought on the same date I don't know own if that's due to a lag in processing or what but there needs to be
some kind of timestamp at time of purchase. I'd like my gift I didn't have the cash to spend but I spent it anyway to get the pre-order gift and then didn't receive it. I was even speaking to someone as I was downloading early and telling him I had to wait
till midnight to play so I'm confident about getting as a preorder. Please help resolve this issue and others with time stamps. And please make this right.

The same thing happened to me but with fallout 4 and blackops 3 I preordered them and i didnt get the 10 dollar cards from the store when i bought them
