Unravel Yarny Avatar bonus code not sent - Additional info provided

Hi, Like many others I never got my bonus avatar code for preordering Unravel. So far my three attempts with customer support went as follows; 1) Contact EA - EA said it was an Xbox store issue when I did. 2) I was told that I hadn't actually preordered
and inferred that wasn't being accurate in my claims. 3) Went very similar to number 2 but I did get some useful insight to what is the issue in my case. The game was released on the 9th and is dated as such on the Xbox store pages. My preorder was on the
8th and the bonus details were listed onscreen when I made the order. My emailed receipt does confirm the 8th. The problem is that despite stating the 9th of february in the Major Nelson posting of the 14th December it was followed up with another posting
saying that the game had now been released on the 8th. This I believe was an automated email because someone has set the launch date as being midnight on the 8th and not one minute past midnight on the morning of the the 9th February. What this means is that
anyone who purchased the game before launch on the 8th is actually recorded as buying the game on the launch day and not as the advertised preorder. These facts can be verified and customer support will not budge saying that I did not preorder it even though
I most certainly did and will not escalate the issue. Can someone please help me.
