    I have just had a chat with Microsoft support about this issue and was given this link. I pre ordered Unravel so I could receive the Yarny avatar item and to date have still not received the code

    Apologies for the delay, it looks like you sent me an Xbox Live message instead of a private message. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an avatar item code because you did not purchase Unravel before the promotions end date. Just to clarify,
    you would have needed to pre-order Unravel before 2/9. Sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused.
