    Unravel -Pre-ordered Yarny Avatar item code not recieved


    I pre-ordered the game Unravel via my Xbox one on 2/6/16. The transaction stated that if I pre-ordered the game I would receive an exclusive Yarny Avatar item.

    It also stated that I would be receiving the code that would be delivered to my Xbox message center in 7-10 days to redeem this avatar item.

    It has been 17 days since my pre-order purchase and 14 days since the game was released but I have not received a message or code for my Yarny Avatar item.

    I have given you twice the time that you had allotted for this agreed transaction, so please have someone send the code for my item so we can mark this as complete.
