Unravel pre-order code for avatar item

Hi I pre-ordered Unravel on Xbox One on the 5th Feb 2016 from the xbox live store, I haven't received my code for the avatar item yet, I spoke to customer services and they advised I put a post up here. Can you help me please.

Haven't recieved my pre-order item from Unravel, it has been 12 days since I pre-orderd.

I pre-orderd Unravel on the 13th of January but still haven't recieved my pre-order avatar item. Could someone tell me when I will recieve my code?

I pre-ordered the game on feb 6 and still dont have my free avatar.

 

I need my code sent. No one is helping me and I keep getting bounced from person to person! I'm really starting to get angry and I'm doing my best to keep cool...but when you feel like a pinball whose intelligence is being put to the test.....it is almost
impossible to stay calm. I need my unravel code....for the avatar and that's all. I've been bounced from wrong game company to right company to at least 4'different support people....no one is of any help! Pls help!

I never got my code because my privacy had it to where only my friends could send me messages. ( I have made it to where anyone can send me a message now.) Thanks! ( I pre-ordered on Feb.7th.)
