    Unravel pre-order bonus never received


    I never received my pre-order bonus. I talked to one Microsoft employee who told me to contact EA. I've tried to talk to about 6 EA employees who tell me i just don't own the game at all. Now i'm back to another Microsoft employee who told me i need to make
    a thread. I've put off trying to figure out why i never recieved it because i knew it'd take why more time that it should. Can anyone actually help me?
