    @Caddanhaulic I said the same thing before no disk Internet required offline disk required. Now both sides are happy

    Do you need gold to play the campaign for destiny?

    There is no offline campaign.

    Internet connection is required to play which means you need an gold membership.

    I believe internet would be required to purchase, but not to play... I don't think it was a retail sale only digital.

    Yes, it can be played offline. I tried it the other day and it worked.
