    Unravel was released on Xbox One at February 9, 2016. Product description for this game mentioned that If I preorder this game, you will give me an Avatar Item Kit for Free.

    I preordered this game at February 8, 2016 but I never received any Unravel Avatar Item Kit.

    I know that a long time have passed since then, but I would appreciate it, If you could sent me this Avatar Item.
