    Unprofessional Customer Service Agents


    I have sold my Microsoft stock because of the unprofessional Xbox and Microsoft customer service agents I was connected to. One agent put me on hold for about 45 minutes then hung up on me, the other hung up the phone while I was responding to his question.

    On the Xbox store there was a game I wanted listed under the deals tab as $15 off. When I clicked in to purchase the game it would not give me the discounted price, so i started a chat with the online support. I uploaded a video showing the deal listed and
    me attempting to purchase the game at the listed price. I received an email saying that the deal had expired and I could purchase the game at the full price.

    The deal was listed at a discounted price on the store.

    I have proof that it was up and that I attempted to purchase it at that price.

    I want Microsoft to honor the listed deal and credit my account with the $15 to be spent on that game, because that was the listed price at the time of my attempt to purchase.

    When I called customer service to speak about this I was treated with disrespect and hung up on. I would like for a Microsoft representative to listen to the recordings of my customer service conversations and have disciplinary actions taken so other customers
    do not have the same experience.

    Next time check the end date of the sale sometimes it can be glitchy and say somehing it really isnt on xbox i had this problem with the $1 for xbox ultimate but thats because it was already expired. Have fun gaming!

    Thank you for your reply. When I go to a brick and mortar retail location and I find an item in a clearance section marked $15 off. That is the price that I pay. A cashier does not tell me to check the expiration date.

    Apparently this unprofessionalism in the marketplace with Microsoft is more common than I thought. Thank you for sharing another one of Microsoft’s mistakes!

    You should keep in mind that discounts are available only for a period of time and based on your timeline takes a while for the system to reflect it. Try to be faster next time with your purchase.

    Support does not hande enforcement issues at all so there is nothing anyone can do here. Submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not review 24 hour suspensions because their review
    process takes longer than the suspension lasts. They do investigate each complaint they receive and will only take action if they find that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service you agreed to when you signed up. Those agreements
    serve as your warning that they can suspend/terminate your service at any time for violating any of those rules.

    Wrong when a customer service agent has one job the agent failed. The agents job is to respond to all questions in a healpful manner and when a person states a fact and the other person the customer service agent says the opposite saying he is stating a
    fact the agent is calling the customer a liar. A good customer service agent will show empty when dealing with a customer. A professional customer service agent will try to defuse the situation unfortunately this agent did not even attempt to at all. When
    the agent continued after I said bye with anything other than an apology then saying what he said is wrong. I the customer did not ask for anything free the customer service agent said it when he summed the call up. By the agent failing at a basic customer
    service level he cost the companie a customer that is posting everywhere about this junk controller and how customer service deals with customers. i want to make sure that you know this for the future before responding the grips are sold as a feature to help
    with performance on the elite controller
