    Unprofessional Customer Service Agents


    I have sold my Microsoft stock because of the unprofessional Xbox and Microsoft customer service agents I was connected to. One agent put me on hold for about 45 minutes then hung up on me, the other hung up the phone while I was responding to his question.

    On the Xbox store there was a game I wanted listed under the deals tab as $15 off. When I clicked in to purchase the game it would not give me the discounted price, so i started a chat with the online support. I uploaded a video showing the deal listed and
    me attempting to purchase the game at the listed price. I received an email saying that the deal had expired and I could purchase the game at the full price.

    The deal was listed at a discounted price on the store.

    I have proof that it was up and that I attempted to purchase it at that price.

    I want Microsoft to honor the listed deal and credit my account with the $15 to be spent on that game, because that was the listed price at the time of my attempt to purchase.

    When I called customer service to speak about this I was treated with disrespect and hung up on. I would like for a Microsoft representative to listen to the recordings of my customer service conversations and have disciplinary actions taken so other customers
    do not have the same experience.
