Unposted Rewards for the month of July and August.

I hope this message finds you well, My name is Richard and my gamertag is . I'm writing because I have not received the "10% back" rewards for the latter half of the month of July to the beginning of August, nor the points for the "Anime Month"
reward's mission, and I was hoping someone on your team might be able to help me. Based on my calculations, I spent somewhere around $240.32, between July 27th to August 1st, which should result in a "10% back" reward of $24.32, or 24,320 points. In addition,
a significant number of those purchases should apply to the "Anime Month" Reward's Mission, offered in July, which was valued at 4,000 points (or $4). In total, there appears to be about 28,320 points (or $28,32) missing from my rewards statement for the
months of July and August.

Receiving uneven number of Reward Points

Greetings,

For the past few months I have not been receiving reward points in even denominations of 100. For example, for the month of August I received 648 reward points and July was 972. At my earning level of VIP rank 2 with Gold, it should be a rebate of 4% on
each even unit of $10 spent. Logically, my point awards should always be multiples of 100, but they are not occurring that way. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding payback for your purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending. They are now in your account. Regarding your anime purchases, since your purchases were made on August 1st, they were not eligible for the offer, and instead
went to MyVIP. As was mentioned in the FAQ for that offer, and for all our offers, our program is based off the UTC time zone. For example, the FAQ from this month's Lord of the Rewards offer:

All actions must be completed between September 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit
World Time Server: current local time and date in any zone or another world time database to determine local time.

While we will adjust your account for completion of this offer, please keep this in mind for any future offers you choose to participate in. You should see this adjustment shortly.
