    Unplugging headset adapted ruining my mood


    Have a question don't know if this happens to anyone else I'm using a wireless Xbox one controller headset adaptor and a wire from the adaptor to my xp510 turtle beachs my headphones stop 2orking some times I unplug the wire and put it back in that doesn't
    work and then when I try turning off my controller and turning it back on it loses connection to my Xbox and I try to Link it back up but don't sync so I need to hard reset my Xbox one for everything to go back to normal . Any suggestions ? And has this happened
    to anyone else? I'm starting to get so *** that I can't just finish a game or even save a game because this happens that I might just switch to ps4 after being with Xbox for 10 years

    headphones need addressed

    The lack of real headsets is ruining my multiplayer experience. I'm cutting back until they launch the headsets/adaptors.

    Headset DOA, customer support, no help.

    I have a spare headset with no control unit as I adapted it for turtle beaches. So if any one wants it let me know

    Unplugging headset adapted ruining my mood

    I am having this exact issue using a turtle beach stereo headset. Seems to be worse in cod:aw. If I unplug the headset all xxxx breaks loose and I end up having to pull the power cord.

    StaticMG - When I plugged my friend's headset adapter into my controller, it just worked, no prompt. Then I unplugged it and plugged my adapter in again and got the prompt to update the controller.

    I could get mine to update with the adapter plugged in. I unplugged it and it updated the controller. adapter and stereo headset work fine but now i can't get controller to pair with xbox unless adapter is unplugged.
