    Unplugged power while updating!


    Turned on my xbox lastnight and the system update was at 66%. Checked 2 hours later and ut was still at 66% so i unplugged power thinking ot was frozen. No when i turn on my xbox it just sits at the primary green xbox one picture with the three bubbles moving
    on the bottom.

    While updating the xbox one controller's firmware, it errored out. Now the controller will not respond or power one.

    i have the same thing it is stuck at 66% and it gets frozen so a reset and it is stuck at green screen

    Hello Anee,

    Thank you for keeping us updated. It is most definitely not recommended to unplug your console while it is on or in standby mode. The only appropriate time to unplug your Xbox is when it is fully turned off.

    Power cycling your console     will fully turn it off if your console is set to Instant-on.

    Unplugging your console while it is on or on stand by mode can cause issues. This is true for most devices as well.
