Unplugged power supply now have black screen and xbox wont load up my profile. need help

Same thing happened to me; power supply white, xbox on but black screen unpluged power and kinect then power up and it worked. Why did this happen? just software or a bigger issue?

Sorry you're having issues with your console not powering up. What color is your power supply when it starts to turn on? If it's white then the power supply is good. If its flashing orange or no LED then you may need a new power supply. See
this link for more info on the power supply. if it's not the power supply, and you've unplugged the console, and plugged it back in to no resolve then you may need to have your console serviced.

To either get your console repaired, or a new power supply you need to go through the Xbox Service Center here.

Have you downloaded any recent updates/firmware VantasticFC? If you haven't "DON'T" because that won't fix it. I usually turn my Xbox ONE off and then unplug the power supply everyday so I don't have to worry about it but when I downloaded a new firmware
for my controller/headset I've had nothing but issues that's mainly a corespondent to controller and or audio. Here's a few things I'm experiencing:

- after reboot, loads green screen then stuck at Black Screen for minutes

- when it finally goes from Black Screen to Home Page, responses lag behind trying to perform them all together

- minutes to load a game

- if I plug in or unplug my controller into the "Charge and Play" adaptor it goes Black, takes minutes to load the screen and after it loads the screen back the audio breaks, replaying all the sounds that were missed during the Black Screen.

- if I plug in or unplug my headset adaptor or headset the previously mentioned issues persist

It's the Xbox ONE that's causing these issues and no way to fix it, as far as I'm concerned, until they release an update to patch theae. The only suggestion I have is to power down your console, set it up how you would like it (as in, if you want to use
your headset, need to charge your controller, want to use your mic) and wait it out until the console loads. But as far as the specific issue pertaining to "YouTube", I would try a different app or game because I don't think it's just that alone and whatever
else you try to use will have the same or similar issues.

My xbox is stuck on the black screen.. it comes onto the green loading screen and then goes black and stays like that.. u have Done the hard reset and also where you unplug it and we're you hold down the eject button and power button at same time and it
still won't move past the black screen any ideas ?
