    Unplugged Mic


    Hi,

    In a nutshell, I unplugged my sons TurtleBeach headphones from his controller as I was tidying up. Later on, when my son went to play, he plugged the headset back in and now it doesn't work. He can hear others in a party but can't talk to them. Help!!!!!!!!!!
    Please!!!!!!!!!!

    Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

    (It won't let me upload a photo of his stuff..It's the different shades of grey Covert Forces controller and the TurtleBeach Recon 'one ear' Headset) I'm not sure if this matters..

    "We cant find a microphone for these people" error

    Yesterday I unplugged my mic and plugged it right back in using the same the controller now I have this error and cant talk to my friends or hear them.

    Problem with brand new...

    I get the buzzing noise when my mic is plugged in but not being used. Unplugging the mic stops this.

    i also tried unplugging my turtle beach and using standard xbox headset and bought another xbox headset and same thing still.

    also when i unplug or plug in my headset the mic symbol does not change still says muted regardless if mic is plugged in or not the mic symbol never leaves
