    Ok so I finally figured it out! If you have your hard wire plugged in like I do because I hate lag outs and you wanna play or download your xbox 360 profile or even play and xbox 360 game unplug your hard wire. Restart your xbox one and then try downloading
    it again. It worked for me after being in chat support with a guy who had me do a bunch of extra stuff for absolutely no reason. No fault of his and he was extra awesome but it'd be nice if it wasn't like this. It's a major inconvenience if you're a gamer
    because who wants to unplug their cord every time they want to play some 360 games. If you're like me you have a variety. So for my its getting old. But if you want to play halo reach or want to just download your profile. Do what I did. And UNPLUG THE WIRE.

    Audio issue using Netflix, Lovefilm etc.

    Maybe you should unplug all the wires from your xbox 360, redownloading your profile and apps, and try again.

    Unplug all the wires from your console and wipe the whole xbox down with a cloth then plug it back in.

    My Xbox turns on, but it’s stuck on the green screen with the Xbox logo on it. Need help!!!

    I’ve tried changing the hdmi wire’s and unplugging it for 10 seconds. I’ve kept it unplugged for a day and still stuck on the green screen with the xbox logo.

    Hey Josef, thanks for your help.

    Using the controller wired seems to work, even after I unplug it. But after I restart the console the problem returns.

    Starting the console with a wired controller and unplugging it, fixes it for as long as the console stays on.

    Guess I'll factory reset the console and try it again.
