    Unplug the network cable?

    Hello!

I'm a Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Information

    And restart keeping your games.

Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

I hope the information has been clear, I will be attentive to any questions you may have.

    Best Regards.

Xbox Live keeps disconnecting in the past couple of days - Damn irritated

This is what I wanted you to see, the other ambassador already suggested this though
Try a different cable or port
Do you have another network cable? Try using one that's known to work (temporarily use the network cable that your computer is using).

    Test a different cable

Verify that the networking cable is working. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the Ethernet cable from both the Xbox and the networking device (your modem, router, or gateway).
    2. Use a different network cable to connect your Xbox console and the networking device.
    3. Check to see if this clears up the connection problem you were experiencing. If it does, then the network cable was the problem.
Test the port on the networking device

Try these steps if your computer is connected to the Internet and works as expected:

    1. Turn off your Xbox console.
    2. Unplug the cable that connects your Xbox console and the networking device.

Note Only unplug the cable from the networking device.
    3. Unplug the cable that connects the networking device and your computer.

Note Only unplug the cable from the networking device.

Note Notice the port on the networking device to which the cable is connected.
    4. Connect the networking cable from your Xbox console to the port on the networking device that you noted in step 3.
    5. Turn on your Xbox console.
    6. Check to see if this clears up the connection problem you were experiencing. If it does, then the port on the networking device was the problem.
Note Be sure to reconnect the cable from the networking device to your computer. Then, try connecting the network cable from your Xbox console to a different port on the networking device.

Test the Ethernet port on the Xbox console

Try the following steps if your computer is connected to the Internet and works as expected:

    1. Turn off the Xbox console.
    2. Unplug the network cable from the Ethernet port on your Xbox console.
    3. Unplug the network cable that connects your computer and the networking device.

Note Only unplug the cable from your computer.
    4. Plug the network cable in step 3 into your Xbox console.
    5. Check to see if you still experience the same connection problem as before. If you do, then there might be a problem with the Ethernet port on the Xbox console.
Submit an online repair request to get your console repaired.
Note Be sure to unplug the network cable from your Xbox console and then plug the network cable into your computer.

If any of these solutions worked, you should not experience the same connection issue. However, note that some connection issues can be transitory or inconsistent. If the problem reoccurs, you may need to return to this solution, start from the beginning,
and skip through all the steps you have already tried in order to continue with the next step.
