Unpinning Comedy Central

Discus and support Unpinning Comedy Central in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently downloaded the comedy central app on my xbox one and soon found out I didn't want the app, i then tried to delete it and got the error code...     Unpinning Comedy Central


    I recently downloaded the comedy central app on my xbox one and soon found out I didn't want the app, i then tried to delete it and got the error code 0x876c0002 saying i could not pin this app. After a few more times of this i called tech support.

    After calling tech support we tried the following:

    • hard reset
    • hard reset and unplug
    • reset network
    • deleting all comedy central info
    • downloading again and unpinning
    • turn off and unplug and reseting internet
    • unpinning all apps
    • factory reset of entire xbox one
    The app sometimes would disappear and then would come back after turning the xbox off and then back on.

    These all failed and I was directed to post on the forum. The app will just not delete and is very frustrating.
