unpaid ultimate game pass subscription

hello, last month, 12/07, I subscribed to the ultimate Xbox game pass with the 1 euro offer. I wanted only one month so in my Paypal account, I remove the Microsoft's authorizations to debit me, but I didn't cancel the periodic
facturation of my subscription. And now since the 12/08 I have an unpaid of 12.99€. The problem is the problem is that I would like to take back a game pass classic subscription but Microsoft is preventing me as long as I have not paid my unpaid. I could solve
this by paying the 12.99 € late but I don't want to pay 9 € more than the classic when I don't want the ultimate.

So, I would know how solve my problem if it's possible. I had the idea of paid the 12.99€ and get reimbursed after but I don't know if this abonnement is refundable.

If anyone has already had the problem or knows how to fix it, contact me.

I also think I will have to pay. Microsoft support is not working well, i will try on the phone on Monday but i don't think i will have an answer...

Under normal circumstances, you would certainty have to
settle this overdue balance first.

However, due to your unique situation, I would have to instead recommend that you
Contact Xbox Customer Support as they would be better equipped for this matter.

but do you know if the unpaid will increase the 12/09 ? would I have 12.99€ more in my unpaid balance ?

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the

Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
subscriptions.
