unpaid problem

Hello

I have an unpaid subscription payment following the expiration of my old blue card

So

I added the news and when I click on the option paid now to pay the

unpaid it does not work and this for 2 weeks, so I no longer have access

to xbox live in my account

So what is the Problem?

I know that there are unpaid rewardpoints in my Account but no more.

And yeah they are unpaid since two months.

Hey there.....you will have to add a new credit card or a paypal to the account and have that balance transfered to that card. You can do that by signing into your account at xbox.com or by calling customer support at 1-800-4my-xbox. Hope that helps.

When you try to clear up the payment issue, do you get a particular error message? Make sure you're using a valid payment method and the region of your account matches your physical locale and billing information.
