Unobtainable/Glitched Achievements in Microsoft Bingo (WP)

Keep at it guys, and be persistent. Just know it might not go your way. This thread below had over 1,000 replies, yet numerous people still left unhappy with no achievements. The thread was locked the "solution" working for some people and not others, and
the issue was swept under the rug.

I personally didn't start MS Bingo because I had heard it was glitchy. I have a friend who has this issue, and he's pretty upset about it.

Hey, guys. As I have stated, once I have an update, I'll post back in here. I spoke with the team working on this yesterday, and will be chatting with them at the end of next week for another update. They are still working on it, but no other information
at this time.

guys. I am unable to share any information with you guys that I have not been given.

At this time, there is no further information that I have to share. They are still working on fixing it, and once I have more information, I will be sure to update you guys.

Hi all, I am as frustrated as the next person that it has taken so long for this to be fixed. That being said, I am saddened by the posts aimed at Misses Quinzel. She is our voice and she's doing really all she can. I cannot speak for everyone, nor make
anyone change how they post, but I do want to express my thanks to Misses Quinzel for keeping on top of this issue.

I work in development for a company with external customers, so I can give a quick peek behind the curtain. We (Development) have weekly meetings with our support team (Misses Quinzel). Our support team brings up issues from the customers and we give updates
on existing issues. In some cases, there are tickets that are high on the customer's lists but don't really have a negative impact on the software. We do not prioritize those very high and can take 6-9-12 months before they are scheduled.

I can't say for sure, but I think that is what is happening here. The Dev team had the Windows 10 launch plus post-launch support. And this bug, while SUPER frustrating, does not actually stop anyone from playing the game. Therefore, I think it is a low
priority for the Dev team, and about all they would tell Misses Quinzel is something along the lines of: "Yeah, we know. It's on the list."

All the screaming in the world at Misses Quinzel won't change that. She is our champion and will fight for us the way the support team fights for our customers here at work. Again, I cannot speak for everyone or change how you post, but I will continue
to post in a professional manner asking for updates. And I know Misses Quinzel will take that to Dev and push for this to become a higher priority.

This is now patched. I saw SMRNOV complete it on TA.com so I checked for updates and there was one. Confirmed that the patch works!

I understand this has been a long road, but I'm glad that all of you have stuck with me. Understand that I really had pushed for you guys, and the investigating team was very much responsive to your sentiment.

Misses Quinzel

The issue in February is not the same as this one. No one can earn very specific achievements in this one game, while the issue in February was a service issue that resulted in various games and achievements not earned appropriately. If it happened on Xbox
One or Xbox 360 in the same manner, it would have likely been resolved the exact same way. Additionally, everything that could have been done on my end was done. I personally still don't have achievements from that situation, so I did want to do everything
I could to ensure you guys were taken care of.

Things take time to work on, especially when so much testing is involved. Additionally, with the launch of Windows 10, there's been several things that multiple teams have been working on here. I understand where your faith is being lost, and that pains
me to see. All I can do is assure you that they are working on it, and provide updates when I poke them a little bit.

I deliberately do not play EA games for the simple reason that they commonly shut game servers down too soon, usually after a year or two of the game coming out, usually resulting in unobtainable achievements because of it, as well as stopping support of
games resulting in unobtainables.

Microsoft are now as bad as EA in my view, EA being branded the worst company in America.

Treat your customers better Microsoft, I am now avoiding your games.

This game should not of been released unless all achievements were unlockable.
