Unobtainable/Glitched Achievements in Microsoft Bingo (WP)

Misses Quinzel, I highly doubt that the investigating team is working hard to resolved the issue, as their last attempt to resolve the issue from February where achievements didn't synch properly ended with them telling us to obtain a 2nd phone and re-earn
the achievements. So now I am stuck with 2 games that are completed, but say they aren't, and can't be completed because the Support Team isn't worth a ***.

Unfortunately I no longer have faith in Microsoft Support when it comes to fixing glitches and issues with their devices and games. Instead of ever actually fixing the problem, it seems they go for an easy cop out solution that never helps anyone or fixes
anything and then they move on. So until my phone contract comes up, I will continue to post here on the forums waiting for an actual solution, but after that, I will be switching to Android.

Hi Mikhail, what you're describing happens a lot with the new Xbox One achievement server. (Windows 10 games fall under this too.) If you wait 2-3 days, it will eventually all sync up. Since the Xbox app shows them as unlocked, it seems to be a syncing
issue. I had the same problem at the start.

Not trying to be rude here but your not helping. It's all well and good that you are asking the team and we are all greatful for that but we feel in the lurch here about weather it will be fixed or not?

If you can't give a fix date, fair enough. However, will it be fixed within the next month, maybe two months?

What we are looking for is some light at the end of the tunnel here.

Also to add, unless you can provide proof that the team are working hard I will not believe the team are working hard to fix it.

This game on the WP version has never been patched. Hardly reassuring.

 

This is getting ridiculous... why is it SO hard to patch something as easy as this?

 

15 days have now passed since we have heard from Miss Quinzel. Why is it taking so long to patch 2 achievements?

I SUGGEST IN FUTURE YOU MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS UNLOCK BEFORE YOU RELEASE YOUR GAMES.

 

Hey, guys. No news as of late. Like I have stated, testing can be intensive, and we want to make sure we've got everything working for you. I did poke them a bit today to see if I can get an update for you all. I'll post back once I have word.

 

Once again, useless information. There is no point in telling us the same drivel as no one believes this will actually be fixed any more. Shame on you Microsoft.

This game should not of been released unless all achievements were unlockable.

 

This is just unbelievably poor. The game's been out for nearly 8 months in a broken state and all we are getting is empty platitudes about a fix coming in the "near future"; - a future which seems to be receding by the day. And, above all else, it's a game
published and promoted by Microsoft.

Indeed so. This is very poor by Microsoft standards. This so called "near future" should of been patched months ago. This game has been out for 8 months now.

They can't even answer my question as to why it has taken so long to patch. What have you actually been doing in this time?

I will not be starting any new games published by Microsoft in the future until these two achievements have been fixed.

 

Just like other "fixes" for WP games, more than likely this will never be fixed, no actual solution will be given and Support will just move onto the next issue that they will ignore.

The WP in general is glitched platform that Microsoft doesn't seem to even care about anymore. It will go the way of the Zune in the near future.

 

I deliberately do not play EA games for the simple reason that they commonly shut game servers down too soon, usually after a year or two of the game coming out, usually resulting in unobtainable achievements because of it, as well as stopping support of
games resulting in unobtainables.

Microsoft are now as bad as EA in my view, EA being branded the worst company in America.

Treat your customers better Microsoft, I am now avoiding your games.

 

They have clearly stopped supporting this game.

 

Guys, look. I understand your frustrations. I can 100% assure you they are working on a fix for this. I do not have information on an actual release date, but know that they are doing everything to ensure what they release is a working product. We know that's
important to you guys. The problem that goes into this for ANY product is that if something else breaks, they have to fix that before they can release anything.

You guys have been amazingly patient so far; not only with this, but with other issues I have handled for you all. I should have an update next week from them. At this time, though, there is no new news, but a new update should be released in the near future.
I can assure you that if there was no fix coming, I would be able to confirm that because we wouldn't want to keep you guys hanging.
