Hey, guys. As I have stated, once I have an update, I'll post back in here. I spoke with the team working on this yesterday, and will be chatting with them at the end of next week for another update. They are still working on it, but no other information
at this time.

 

No updates at this time, Jony! Understand that they have to go through an entire development process to ensure that the Level 10 and 30 achievements work appropriately, and fixing this issue may take a while.

I do promise that if I have any updates, I will provide them to you guys.

 

Hi Misses Quenzel. I figured I'd add my stats into this thread as I'm experiencing many of the same problems. I'm having trouble with 5 total achievements. First Flight and Everyday explorer (which are known) and then also Supersonic, Jet Lag and Last-Second
Bingo.

I'm running Bingo version 2.0.10201.0.

Supersonic, Jet Lag and Last-Second Bingo all "unlocked", but are only showing up on the in game achievement list, and nowhere else. Further, the unlocked date on the in game achievement list continues to update to the current date for all 3 of these achievements.

I "unlocked" these when I opened Microsoft Bingo after updating my operating system to Windows 10. I had already earned those achievements on the Windows 8 version. I attempted to re-unlock those achievements in the Windows 10 version by meeting the achievement
conditions again, but the achievements are still not showing up anywhere other than the in game achievement list.

 

ALollz, thanks a bunch for your information! The team working on this should have enough information at this point, however I will pass it along anyway.

I chatted with them today, and they are still working on it. For now, they are only working on the Level 10 and Level 30 achievements since those are 100% broken. After that is resolved, we will look at what other steps need to be done for the others.

One step at a time, guys! We're hoping to have you all resolved soon.

 

Now that I hit level 46, I obtained Around the Globe, and it popped in game but never registered with xbox. Add that to the list of achievements that aren't registering correctly.

 

I take that back, after logging in a day later, the Around the Globe achievement registered. Still no luck on the other 5.

 

Thanks for the update, Money! There was an issue with achievements on Friday, so that is likely what you may have been running into. Glad to see you're all sorted out.

I'm checking with the team looking into this today! I'll provide an update later for you all.

 

any updates? I would like to play the game but it becomes pointless if i cant unlock any/gain progress for achievements.

 

On my card . I have unlocked 11. But in game. I 15. On there version(I unlocked 16 before started WIN 10 version.).

 

I am still having trouble tracking my progress on power bingos. I have completed numerous power cards over a period of several weeks and do not seem to be receiving my keys. It would be nice if I could track my progress on keys earned, which I have not
been able to do since I switched to Win10. I do get keys once in a while but with no indication which country they are from and with no regularity. Before, if I completed a card by covering it 3 days in a row, I earned 155 keys. There also was a status
bar which is no longer there. Also my daily rewards do not seem to always be for succeeding days, especially for day 7.,

 

Same problem here with the 5 mentioned achievements. Any update from the dev team?

 

Oh dear! The lack of updates is totally my fault, guys. These last couple weeks have been crazy here, and I was supposed to get an update last week. With the US holiday, I'm sure you can understand why this might have slipped minds.

I've requested an update. Once I have more information, I'll post back.

 

And back to me with lightening speed.

They ran into a snag unrelated to the achievements, and are working towards fixing that right now. Still no date on when a title update will be released, but as soon as I know, I will post it for you guys. I generally don't know until it's live, though,
just to prepare you.
