Uno game doesn't work on my Xbox

I've recently been gifted a digital copy of Uno on my Xbox One. But the game always crashes before I can reach the main menu. I've tried 9 times with the same result. Tried restarting the console and that doesn't help. How does this work with other people but not me? How would I even get a refund?

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, restart your internet devices and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

The same problem is now happening with the Uno game. It tells me "the game is no longer available. Network connection error". I uninstall it and reinstall it and it doesn't work. What is going on?!

This UNO in my opinion is watered down compared to the 360 version and UNO and Friends on Windows games. This was not worth $9.99.

Lacks features that UNO and Friends has and that game is free.

There is a F2P Uno & Friends Xbox game on Windows 8 that has Achievements and Online Multiplayer. If Xbox One got an Uno game it would probably be a port of that game.
