UNO doesn't work at all

    UNO doesn't work at all


    Hi,

    UNO freezes after pressing a to start the game and throws me back to the dashboard everytime

    and I'm not able to play it on my xbox one X.

    Please fix this issue!

    I've re-installed it, deleted old saves, xbox hard reset etc... Nothing works

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, restart your internet devices and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    The same problem is now happening with the Uno game. It tells me "the game is no longer available. Network connection error". I uninstall it and reinstall it and it doesn't work. What is going on?!

    Hey, I would try to delete Uno and then download it from the offer and see if that works. You shouldn't have to pay for it again since you already own it.

    After you delete it, make sure it doesn't try to charge you points when you try to re-download Uno from the offer. If it does, just redownload it again for free under your download history.
