Unnecessary ban length

Need to communicate with a member of the enforcement team.

I was banned after being attacked. A ban is warranted but a week ban is too far.

how can I contact these people

I just received a ban for standing up for myself in a direct message against another player who was unsportsmanlike and rude. I'd really like this ban lifted as it is completely uncalled for and unfair.

It's a 24 hour enforcement, and isn't able to be submitted for case review. I'm aware that posting the picture that got banned wouldn't be a good idea, but there's nothing wrong with that picture. I just want people to know the enforcement team is retarded.

 

I should add, I have already went to xbox enforcement for case review.

I need to escalate.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you already submitted a review, you'll have to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

bro dont waste ur time with xbox live and microsoft anymore it became a kids playground and they disrespect us the real hardcores gamers.

they keep doin the same thing to me over and over its been my 4 ban this year im done with this switch to ps4 or pc thats what im doin with my friends.

since they did the code of conduct xbox is worst than nintendo now and they monitor everything u do even a custon pic as gamer tag they dont allowed u to put like wow.
