Unlocking full game content?

Try turning everything off and back on again. Fully off, not just standby.

Thanks for the suggestions, tried powering everything off and on again and no luck. Also checked the console and it is designated as our 'home. Box'. I'll try the game supplier and see if they can provide any help and let you know what they say.

Hi there, did you get this fixed? If not, were you trying to access it with the account that bought it or another account on the console?

You might need to designate your console as your 'home xbox' which will allow all accounts to access content bought on other accounts as well as share your Xbox Live Gold subscription:

Sorry to hear it. If you only purchased the Hot Wheels DLC then you will need the full game to play it. Forza Horizon 3 is a requirement for this content and you must unlock two events before you can access the Hot Wheels content.

Thank you for the above recommendations and advice. Few things I wanted to clarify before I could know what to do in order to retrieve the unlocked content.

If I remember well I had changed my email account from Google to Outlook long after the purchases were made. But I'm pretty sure all the basic information and orders will be transferred and there should be no further issue.

I had removed my saved credit card from payments later and there are no current modes of payment available now. But this was nearly two years after the purchases were made.

Back when the game was free to download but required a full purchase to unlock all additional content I had purchased the full-game unlock for a good price and was able to access the whole game content. I remember that the add-ons were also installed.

After a few years of hiatus I returned back when I found that there is a list of free to play Xbox games that can be played online without an Xbox Live Gold subscription and this game was also included on the list. So this was when I opened the game to check multiplayer mode and found the problem. Content says ready to install and when I click on it shows me payment mode and price. Under Manage Game and Add-ons I found that the full-game unlock and the additional content were available but not checked. So I checked the boxes next to them for them to be installed. When I went back into game the content packs were still not available.

I browsed my past orders page and saw that this game purchase was missing from the list. I have no clue what happened later and why the purchases I made had disappeared. In the Xbox Store the full-game unlock is not available anymore under my account and I have to repurchase it which I wouldn't want to at this time.

How do I contact the developer about this? I'm not sure about request for a refund option because this purchase was made more than 14 days ago and also I don't have a payment mode added to my account to receive the refund and mainly I don't have the order confirmation number for the purchase.

Is there a way I can still access the full game without making an additional purchase to unlock all content? The full-game unlock is currently installed in my Add-ons Manager and also the four course-packs are installed as additional content but it just doesn't work in-game when I needed to play them.
