Unlocked xb360 achievement on X1 on July 31st but it is still not showing as unlocked on my ...

On July 31st I unlocked an Xbox 360 achievement (“All Firearms Collected” in Hitman: Blood Money) while playing on my Xbox One via backwards compatibility. The unlock notification popped up on screen as usual. However, my total gamerscore has not updated
on the Xbox 1 menu or the Xbox 360 guide. It still shows a total of 205,100G when it should be 205,200G. True Achievements is not showing it as unlocked either.

I’ve pulled up the 360 guide while playing on X1 and in the list of achievements by game it shows me having 16 of 24 achievements unlocked for a total 400G. However, if I click on Hitman: Blood Money and view the achievement list, it clearly (and correctly)
shows me having 17 of 24 achievements unlocked for a total of 500G. I can also go in-game and clearly see I’ve met the conditions for the achievement, as all weapons are unlocked for me.

It’s been four days and after restarting my console and the game several times, I’ve run out of ideas. What can I do to get the achievement to correctly show up as unlocked on my profile? Usually waiting a couple days solves the problem but I’ve lost faith
in that happening. Is there something Xbox Support can do to resolve this?

31st July Issue - Backwards Compatible 360 achievement not unlocking on Xbox live

Another person, different game, different achievement - caught out by the same Microsoft Live issue on the 31st.

 

Achievement Unlocked in the game but did not synch

I was playing Tiny Troopers 2: Special Ops last night. (17 July 2018) and I apparently got the achievement "Spotter." I did not see the achievement pop-up at the time, but the game itself is tracking it as unlocked. It is also not synched to my profile
as unlocked here on xbox.com.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

 

That didn’t work unfortunately. Still falsely showing the achievement as locked and my gamerscore hasn’t updated either.

 

I’m just going to get ignored, aren’t I? Why is it so hard to get an adequate response here? The Xbox Support twitter account is flat out lying and saying this problem is solved but I just had ANOTHER achievement last night fail to pop correctly! The entire
achievement system is clearly broken for some people and Microsoft is just insisting everything is fine and ignoring reports to the contrary. What is going on?

 

This happened to me on July 31st as well. I have tried a hard reset and I have tried to unlock the achievement again. On 360 achievements for the game I have all of them unlocked (72 out of 72) but the list of game achievements only shows 71 out of 72.
My achievement was the Bog Walker on Fallout 3. This one achievement is preventing me from 100%. I am upset.
