Unlocked Achievements not unlocking (ZAT)

So posting on here as so far live chat has not been able to help. They are the collectible achievements for Zombie Army Trilogy:

They must be destroyed on sight!
Find and shoot every Bottle of Blood

Just in case we make it
Collect every Gold Bar

Completed them on them 18th (9 days ago). TWC had a short outage or service maintenance in my area and the internet dropped out for about 1-2 hours (2-4am-ish) so consol was not connected. I completed the two goals above, and they are no longer visible in
the game as they disappear once you have collected them, and as such can no longer get them. If I could just get them again I would. Since the achievements are now store via server instead via console they have not unlocked.

Troubleshooting I have already completed:

• Signed out of dashboard
• Cleared persistent storage
• signed out of profile while in game
• Deleted game save
• deleted game and all data for it completely
• Removed profile from console and added back (per Live chat recommendation)
• Power Cycled Xbox
• Completed forum guide (per LC) here: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.
  
• Completed "Offline System Update Diagnostic too" (per LC) here: http://support.gtm.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool (ran OSUDT2 and OSUDT3 both)
  
• Talked to Live Chat 2 times now, last rep said to wait 72 hours to make sure the console has chance to connect to the server. Almost at 10 days now, so think I am within the range.
  

Have completed them in the game and can provide screenshots of them completed in the game (if needed). Since Live Chat does not really seem versed in the system and are unable to help, checking here as a last resort. Normally would not be big issue, but
really like this game and have put 50 hours into it so far, and trying to unlock them all. So hopefully someone can give me some direction or put me in touch with like admin who could kick the system to fix this issue.

Achievements not unlocking in Master Chief Collection

I had over 9 achievements say done unlocking after 50+ hours they finally 7 unlocked

now pushing over 72 hours waiting i still have 2 as done unlocking, but have not unlocked, unlocking new achievements works fine, when is this getting resolved?

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

Thanks for contacting us.

There are certain things that might prevent you from collecting achievements, which are 1. Joining a game already in progress will prevent you unlocking level completion related achievements, and 2. Joining a game after collectibles have been picked up will
prevent you getting collectible related achievements.

In this case it seems that you got all the prerequisites but the Xbox didn't get a chance to or didn't properly manage to communicate it all to the Microsoft servers. As such I don't think there's anything we can suggest on our end of things. The problem
is between your Xbox and Microsoft.

Now my achievements for other games are not unlocking. Seriously for Gears of war not unlocked. Proof of completion:
