Unlocked achievements got locked

Few days ago I was playing Plants versus Zombies Garden Warfare and hunting for achievements, when Xbox Live had some issues I earned 3 achievements, THEY SYNCHRONISED, I had them unlocked on my Xbox and on my profile, because before I finished playing I
checked progress in other achievements. I woke up next day and my achievements are 100% but they're locked. I also did the requirements second time to be sure it's not my fault. Yesterday I did 100% PvZ Garden but these 3 trophies are still 100% and locked,
what should I do now? I was chatting with support when it happened, but they told me 1. go offline, restart, online 2. clear MAC, 3. nothing works? Oh yes, we know issue, just wait. So I'm waiting and waiting and nothing happens (except my issue tickes, they
closed it )

I was playing with my friend and his 2 trophies are also 100% done and locked.

Achievements are down... again

I have around 6 achievements I unlocked yesterday in Halo Spartan Assault that have yet to unlock. I got 100% in them and nothing. Though after the achievement issue was fixed, I unlocked other achievements, but these are still locked at 100%, even as of
now.

 

Achievement Missing

Got exactly the same problem as BlindSniper 671. Got all my Skyrim achievements on xbox website as they are supposed to be. However, my in-game achievements are unlocked but they got locked icon (GS is fine though).

The achievement not properly unlocking is a known issue and is being worked on. What you can do in the meantime is try out the suggestions which are on this forumpost

forums.xbox.com/.../1958241.aspx . If the steps on there did not work then unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this time but wait.

J'ai contacté votre service car j'ai 3 succès qui sont verrouillés sur Rise of the Tomb Raider sur Xbox One depuis plusieurs semaines, ces succès sont ( Rôtisserie, un succès secret, fou de la tyrolienne ) ils sont complétés a 100% mais ils ne se sont toujours

I have the exact same problem. Probably one week ago I played Tomb Raider- Definitive Edition. I unlocked several achievements, got the appropriated Gscore and forced a scan on TrueAchievements to add them to my profile. But although I got Gamerscore fo
all the achvmnts and all of them were unlocked on my profile, 2 of them TA was not able to scan.

Then, one day later the Gamerscore for these 2 specific achvmnts was SUBTRACTED from my profile again. While the progress bar for the achvmnts is maxed out to 100% they are now locked.

I already did the hard reset, cleared cache with this "MAC" method, deleted my profile and downloaded it again. Nothing helped. This all happened over a week now.

 

We have the same problem. Xbox support should do sthg.

 

Seems to be a problem with the latest update with achievement being added then taken away then staying 100% locked. Hope they fix it soon as I have a few do this and are still locked.
