Unlocked Achievements and they re-locked, now I have two Different Gamerscores

So, I was playing Defense Grid on my 360 on 12/28/14 and got my final two achievements (the 'You Monster' DLC gold medal ones). After the gamerscore was added to my total, I turned off the 360. Now even though the gamerscore value on my account is added
(went from 122090 to 122110) it doesn't show on either the Xbox.com page or on my Xbox One. The weird thing is that the achievements are once again locked when you look at the overview (guide, left, achievements) it says 20 of 22 but when I press the game
details it says 22 of 22, it even has the date unlocked and everything that proves that I got it online.

I've already cleared my cache and recovered my gamertag and that just led to another issue: it didn't carry over my Xbox One achievements yet. I'm seeing two different gamerscores now: on my Xbox One I see 122090 (what it was before all this), and on my
360 I see 120220 (What it would be if you removed my Xbox One achievements, but added the 2 Defense Grid achievements I got). In addition to that the achievements are still 'locked'.

After looking around the forums I found a solution that said to unlock an achievement and it might fix the issue it didn't. I got the achievement to pop, the value was added to the 360 account (making it 120230), but the achievement was once again 'locked'.
It is the same as with Defense Grid where I got it online have the time stamp and everything but it says 0 of 12 on the overview and 1 of 12 in the detailed view. Attempts to re-unlock the achievement don't unlock it.

Long story short: Achievements unlocked, got added then re-locked, tried following basic guidelines (clearing cache and recovering gamertag), and now I have 2 different gamerscores that aren't correct and the achievements are still locked.

Help to either of these issues, the achievements re-locking themselves or the two gamerscores, would be appreciated.

Gamerscore and can I please unlock achievements?

I know this. I am asking if I could have my gamerscore re-unlocked so I could unlock previously locked achievements.

 

Mass Effect Lost Achievements

I unlocked two achievements in Mass Effect earlier when the Gamerscore reset. One of them was for killing 1000 enemies. Now that I have my gamerscore back those achievements have no't registered. Are they lost now?

 

I apologize that I cannot offer you a solution, however I can tell you a lot of users have encountered this problem recently (forums.xbox.com/.../1802711.aspx).
I posted my situation over here too:
forums.xbox.com/.../1894395.aspx in order to bring further attention to this matter. As of now, I believe there is nothing that can be done by the user to solve it. The achievements page on the website (account.xbox.com/.../Achievements)
does not seem to work for me (though it works for some others) and I believe that's a sign there is something wrong with the Xbox servers which hold the achievements data for some users. Most users have been told to wait 7 days from the moment they unlocked
the 'faulty' achievements to see if the problem goes away by itself, while still playing other games and unlocking other achievements. Once again, apologies for not offering a real solution.
