Unlocked 360 Achievements not showing up on account

Hi all,

On 12/08/2022, I have unlocked 2 achievements of Zuma (Xbox 360 arcade game). They appear as unlocked in the in-game achievement list, but not showing on my Xbox series X account. They still apear as locked here. It's about the "Chain 16" and "Temple of Zukulkan" achievements. I've tried all the troubleshooting and tried to achieve them again, but nothing happens, probably because they are unlocked according to the 360 in-game menu. I've also read about an achievement outage on 12/08/2022. Does anyone have the same problem and a possible solution?

Or, are you able to use a different console and unlock the achievements from there?

If it's only 360 games then it sounds like you've been issued with a gamerscore reset by the enforcement team at some point for modded gamerscore or achievements not unlocked legitimately.

When that happens all unlocked xbox 360 achievements are reset & can not be re earnt on that account again.

As it's so long ago it would of been before the enforcement site was around so it wont show up there.

You would need to start a new account if you want to unlock any reset achievements again.

There was an issue earlier this month where achievements were not correctly unlocking. This issue has been resolved, but unlocked achievements may take a couple days to formally show up in your account.

My windows phone achievements are not syncing. The achievements pop in the game with the normal achievement notification, and the in game achievement menu shows that I have unlocked the achievement, but the achievements are not syncing with xbox (yes we
know that windows phone games do not show up on the xbox app and only show up on the 360 achievement menu). Please help us. There are many people on Trueachievements with this problem.

Same stuff happened to me yesterday. I unlocked an achievement in Red Dead Redemption on Xbox 360, it popped on the screen. When I look at the list of games, it shows I unlocked 71/95 achievements in the game, but when I click on the game to show all achievements
in it, it shows 72/95. Interestingly, as soon as it unlocked, I opened up the list of games and it was correct, but after a minute or so when I checked again, it was messed up. Similarly, it's not added to my gamerscore too.
