unlock GORO from bundle we purchased last night for ready player one

We bought the bundle with goro last night that is included in the movie Ready Player One, but we can not get the character unlocked. I have been on the phone with xbox and they sent me to this forum and assured me we would have an answer in 24 hours. This
is for mortal combat x and the bundle was ready player one. ( Other customers are having the same issue and I am calling WB at 818-954-3000 as Microsoft has advised me)Of coures the WB # was no help We need to use this Goro Character for some bloody fatalities
on MCX!

FIFA 16 Xbox bundle

I bought this bundle last night, installed FIFA and it says I can play for 10 hours before release. Is this correct, when I purchased it from John Lewis it said unlimited access for 5 days before the official release date.

Anyone know if the bundle deal was only 10 hours?

I purchase Ready Player one to get the Goro DLC and have not received a code. When will I receive my code?

I was hoping to unlock the bosses for single player. They even let you play as Goro for one of the challenges and he has a complete moves list... They could've EASILY put him, Kintaro, and Shao Kahn as hidden characters.

I tried to make it show up when I got home from work last night but still a no go. When I go to the Premium Edition in the store it doesn't even show that I bought it. In the my games and app I have the game, the Samurai pack, and Goro. I also had problems
installing the goro add on. No matter how many time I clicked install it wouldn't do it. Then finally after playing the game for a little bit goro installed. I'm still not seeing the Kombat pack though.

Well, the only problem with that is I don't see them EVER letting people use Goro, Kintaro, or Khan online. You'd have to nerf them to hell and back to make them even remotely balanced competitively. But yeah, it'd have been cool if you could unlock them
for the arcade ladder or something.

Just beat umk3 last night...I was gonna save the single player "beat arcade" cheevos for last. Well what do u know the ach didn't unlock. I went all out for this fight stick bundle too. With so many issues like lag/ragequitting/broken ach a leaderboard
that can be manipulated at WILL (no exaggeration) i wasted my 140 dollars. Games pretty good single player though
