Unlock Full Game!!!

I purchased Chivalry and when I go on the game it tells me to unlock the full game! I've tried clearing the cache and re-downloading countless times and still no results. Please help.

Thanks Mister for your help. Although after I did the transfer it wanted to transfer all my downloaded games.

This suggestion did not work for me, as I did this exact thing probably 35 times before I posted here. Also it doesnt explain why Sonic 2 worked just fine. I appreciate your help though

 

Unlock full game

I purchased the first Sonic game off the marketplace almost 2yrs ago when I got XBL. Now when I got to play I can only play the first level and it tells me to 'unlock full game' Ive tried everything I can think of. Clear cache, deleting the game and re-downloading
and recovering my profile nothing has helped. Any suggestions? Next step I guess is to contact support and moan and fuss till I get free MS points
