    How do you reset the family password? When I tried it had not worked because I forgot the answer to my Family Question, and I already tried the LT-RT-X-Y trick.

    Any help would be appreciated, and I've already tried contacting Support.

    When you say you tried contacting Support, did you contact phone support?

    They are the ones you will need to speak with if you forgot the answer to question when it was set. (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control)

    You can get the number for phone support in your area by going to:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You may have to wait until the hours they are available. It's not always 24/7 support.
