!Unloadable! What the heck!?!?

Please tell me I am not the only one encountering this problem. My wife's mechromancer is listed as unloadable in her game and she can also not access any of the the other DLC. Please don't lecture me on localized licenses versus the transfer license, I
have done both and deleted dlc and re-downloaded it. Does any one have a suggestions?! Please help, we are starting to regret the $300+ we have given gearbox when they continue to be plagued by constant issues.

what the heck?

just switched back from ps3 to the 360. got madden and played online. 5 games. 4 quit when losing, 1 quit when just ahead. ? whats up with that? i have great internet, play str8[the 1 guy who quit when winning went for 4rth down on his own 20] then he quit.
what do you have to do to finish game. first game the kid finished. played str8 and i won. didnt get no win. still 0-0. tried ranked but cant get any1 to play. any ideas? thanks

Hey man not the only one my mechromancer and psycho are both listed as unloadable and every time I try to download the compatibility pack it shows it's purchased but not downloaded

Go to billing.microsoft.com and find out what the charges are for before jumping to conclusions. If you can't find charges there that correspond to your $21 charges then check your bank statements.
