    Unlisted ban


    My ban has ended on the second of last month and I am still banned today. I have called customer service and they said this was the best way to get ahold of you guys about my unlisted ban. I wanna know why it still says that I'm communication banned even
    though my ban has ended last month.

    Xbox does not detect Wifi

    That option does not exist, the only options I have under Advanced Settings are 'Specify Unlisted Network' and 'Create Ad-Hoc Network'. To that end, I've tried entering my SSID manually under 'Specify Unlisted Network' and I still get nothing.

    sorry but we are unable to access anything on bans at this site. If your still ban we can not do anything.

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now

    I've also been seeing comments about ban extension not showing up on the enforcement site as a site issue but sure the full details on this

    theres a unlisted intel item at the back of the conscession counter close to the first set of escalators.

    The game and the total intel counter knows of it but it is unlisted in the mission counter.
