Unlinking problem

How do I fix this issue of unlinking another person's Microsoft account for psn4 minecraft but when I go to accounts it shows nothing so I can't unlink it but when I do try to login to my Microsoft account it brings up saying oh this account is connected to that account if so I can't unlink it for some reason I really need some help

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

That is according to the Minecraft website.

That's the problem though. You can unlink it through settings, but not without losing progress. I've made no progress on this account anyways so I have no problem with the trade-off.

But I get that error message everytime I try to unlink it. It is possible to unlink, it's just not letting me and the FAQ isn't that helpful in terms of actually telling us how to unlink.
