    Hello, I was wondering if I can unlink a parent account(I think it's a parent account)? For some reason, my account will not show my battlefield hardline agent. However, my other xbl account, which is the one I had to use to be able to create my
    account, is linked to my agent when I have never played the game on that account. They both have separate hotmail accounts and I have separate origin accounts for both also. Thanks in advance. The help is appreciated.

    Manage child accounts

    However he will need a new email for parental

    I have been tryi\ng to unlink my kids who are adults since we no longer can do the family discount of four for $100. How do we get rid of all this carry over garbage that does not work anymore and makes it impossible for the kids to use their account. Do
    we all delete our accounts and move onto something else???

    Definately not unlinking from the console, so I guess unlinking from a family account.

    Can this be done without having the credentials of the parent account?

    In regards to the transfer, I know games cannot be transferred, but what about achievements etc. ...?
