    Hello a month ago buy with a debit card 1 month Xbox Live Gold on Xbox One, before spending the month try to unlink the card but I did not allow it and now I made a charge, I saw my download history and I came out dbfceab1-acd3-437f-aa19-ef83fcefd833 and
    error Payment and I still have Xbox Live gold even when I expire the month I pay and will not let me unlink the card because it is in use, I want to know if I was charged for another month and how can I unlink the card?

    My callofdutyelite is link to someones youtube name which is elitegamingexpert and i cannot unlink my account ive tryed many times to unlink and watched every youtube tut to unlink but it say click here to unlink and i unlink and it says wait one sec....
    and it says that for hours and wont unlink someone please help

    unlink the card

    The best place to find this out would be to sign into your account at account.live.com and it will show you your purchase history there including purchases for subscriptions on order to remove a credit/debit card from an account the card can not be part
    of an active subscription that has auto renew turned on.

    So in order to remove the card at the same website above you can go to services and subscriptions and it will give you an option to turn off your auto renew on the subscription then you can go in and remove the card from the account.

    i have reported to microsoft on AT LEAT 15 TIMES ,THAT I DID NOT ACTIVAT THE DEDUCTION AUTORISING THEM TO TAKE MONEY OF MY ACCOUNT FOR XBOX GAME PASS!THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME ?

    Talk to Xbox support and if not, first unlink your card. your money is returned if it hasn't been long (3 days)

    I don't know who told you that, but you can redeem game pass card up to 36 months for your account. And it is unlinked from gold.

    You'll have to choose either your credit card or you can change your payment method to your Microsoft account balance when you make a purchase. You don't have to unlink your credit card to use your account balance.
