    Hi im looking to unlink an old email account to my playstation (could not find an option for playstation, only xbox) and im having alot of difficulty doing so as i no longer have access to the old email and would like to connect my new one, i have been trying to find a straight answer on how to do this simple task and i cant find any solutions could you please help?

    Hi,

    Sony let you link only one MS account with your PSN account. (don't ask us why).

    The only solution I know is to create a second PSN account and connect with the new MS account.

    Or you ask the Sony support if they can help you.

    Hi,

    You have to unkink any email from your old gamertag.

    Then unlink the actual gamertag with your email account.

    And finally , link the old gamertag to your email account.

    The link to change gamertag says that the gamertag is allready existing.
